REFUND POLICY

• SHIPPING UPDATE

Please note our fulfillment center is doing everything they could to process and ship your order. As a result of these unfortunate situations we are in right now, there will be minor shipping delays. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be successfully processed and shipped during this time.

Please note all orders will be shipping either via YunExpress . Customer service will reach out if anything goes wrong in the order, or please contact us at paranoidpuppy01@gmail.com if you have any concerns.

• RETURN POLICY

Abyb Charming offers returns on all full-price merchandise for customers within 14 days from the date you've received all your item(s).

Returns that are postmarked after 14 days from the date you've received all your items will not be refunded and automatically be shipped back to you after it arrives at our shipping facility.

• Conditions

All item(s) must be in new condition with all original tags attached and packaging that the item(s) came in, i.e. boxes, bags, and poly bags. Item(s) must be unworn, undamaged and void of alterations. If the item(s) do not meet all of these conditions upon return, we are unable to refund the returned item(s). Paranoidpuppy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

• Where is my refund?

Please allow 3 business days for your return to be fully processed. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) for any damage and begin the refund process within 7 business days.

After your return has been fully processed, please allow an additional delay for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment that was used to complete the purchase. We will inform you via e-mail once the refund process has started.
